We have a wide range of Manufacturers and dealers whom consist of Classic Design, Coaster Company, Home Elegance, Crafton Company, Dickson Furniture, Golden Mattresses, Harden Manufactory, Noah ‘s Furniture Polo Rey, Donco Bedrooms Distributors, Inc Sleep Tech System Inc. Updated Furniture, Welmax, Samberg, Stacy, Silver Company are subject to their own statements and warranties; and Canales Furniture will provided further information.  

PURCHASES 

Prices are based on our select payment option program. Our purchases are subject to CitiFinancial and Canales Furniture In-house financing.

PROCEDURES

Canales Furniture allows you to apply with our Financial Companies; you must provide the right information so you may be approved. Cancellation will apply for insufficient information or incorrect or false statements. Along with our Financial Companies statements

DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY TERMS

There is a fee for delivering and assembling your merchandise, (online purchases estimate will be sent to you after purchases made). You can always pick up your merchandise at our store during our business hours. Please notify us with in 48 hours if there is any cancellation or change on your order. Any damaged furniture must be reported to Canales Furniture Customer Service with in 12 hours. We will not receive any used merchandise. Canales Furniture is not responsible for self furniture set up.

PICK UPS

Customer should pick up their furniture; they must bring enough help to lift merchandise “we are not responsible for any injury during the process”. Must tide up merchandise; in case merchandise is damaged you have 24 hours to return it in good conditions. We do not accept any used merchandise.

RETURNS & CANCELATION TERMS

Any cancellation before delivering merchandise you might be able to get instant store credit. Any cancellation after merchandise delivered there will be non cancellation money back and you will be charged a regular delivery fee. (Apply to any type of purchase agreement)
