Estrella 3-Drawer File Cabinet Antique Nutmeg And Gunmetal

Well first let me start by saying this is a really pretty cabinet. It matches my furniture well and it seems sturdy. However, I have a few issues. Not only did it take from August to the end of October to receive, but when they called me to say it was ready, I had to go to Arlington to pick it up. Once I arrived, they couldn't find it because I didn't bring my order number. Well sorry but that was three months ago and I didn't have it with me. After about 30 minutes of them trying to find it with just my name, I left and asked them to just send it to the store I ordered it from and I'll pick it up from there. After picking it up a few days later, I was surprised that it was a little heavy at 60 lbs. After getting it home, I then was further astonished to realize it was in about 200 pieces I had to put together, and the directions were absolutely ridiculous! No help at all. Not user friendly, (in my opinion). I've put together a few things in my life but I felt this was a bit absurd. It took me over 5 hours to put together, making sure to do it right the first time. After I got it together, I realized the drawers don't line up evenly. The middle drawer creeps out slightly after you close it. Was it my carpenter skills? I don't think so but I guess we'll never know. Also for as pretty as this thing is, I was really disappointed with the knobs. I felt they could have done a better job and gotten prettier ones.
